Roshchino Residence
About the project
Creation of a turnkey model for the premium residential complex “Residence Roshchino”. Scale 1:170. Dimensions 2400x1250 mm.
It was a pleasure to work on the model for such a large-scale project. This is not just a country property in the middle of a centuries-old relic forest - this is a conceptually new recreational project for living and relaxing.
Our studio took on the entire cycle of model production, which included the production of a pedestal with lighting, creating a model in accordance with the design and technical documentation, landscape filling with decorative plantings and a centuries-old coniferous forest park, lighting of the model elements with interactive control from a tablet, writing software and much more.
In terms of the composition of elements, the model is very rich and dense. These are 15 architecturally complex residential buildings, a boutique hotel, a multi-level parking lot, a huge number of different small architectural forms, more than 300 hand-made pine trees.
