Power of ice and atom

About the project
A stunning exhibition model created for “Atom. The Future” — bringing together the iconic "Lenin" and the groundbreaking "Lider" nuclear icebreakers.
A stunning showcase of craftsmanship and innovation, this large-scale model captures the evolution of the world’s nuclear-powered icebreaker fleet. The legendary “Lenin” — the first of its kind and a symbol of fearless engineering — stands alongside “Lider”, a next-generation powerhouse of cutting-edge technology and design. Two giants frozen in time, face to face amid the Arctic ice — where history meets the future.
Built at 1:200 and 1:150 scale, the model spans nearly one meter in length. The hulls were 3D-printed and hand-finished with museum-grade precision, while superstructures, decks, and details were crafted using advanced laser cutting and photo-etching techniques. Full LED illumination brings the scene to life, and the ice and snow, cast from custom epoxy with proprietary effects, recreate the raw beauty and chill of the Arctic in stunning realism.
