Lake Tahoe Model
About the project
The model measures 1.74 x 1.5 metres (68.5 x 59 inch). It was created as part of a collaboration with an overseas museum. This is an exact replica of one of the tourist spots at Lake Tahoe, at a scale of 1:87.
The model combines a picturesque landscape with numerous pines, a large water surface, and highly detailed infrastructure objects. The trees were created using our unique technology, which allows for the volume and colour of the canopies to be depicted as realistically as possible. To simulate the lake, epoxy resin was poured in several layers and then processed with hand tools to create ripples on the water.
