Premium real estate scale model
About the project
Our studio completed a full-cycle production of an architectural model for a premium real estate developer.
The model was built at a scale of 1:125, with overall dimensions of 2050×1540 mm (80.7×60.6 inches) and a height of up to 1000 mm (39.4 inches). It represents a complex urban environment featuring several high-rise towers and an extensive landscaped territory. The composition includes playgrounds, terraces, fountains, a restaurant, lounge areas, pedestrian paths, and bridge connections — all elements that shape a modern and comfortable residential space.
Lighting played a crucial role in this project. The model received full electrical integration, including illumination of the podium levels, façades, individual apartments, and surrounding landscaping. This multi-layer lighting system enhances both the aesthetics and the functionality of the model, highlighting planning solutions and architectural accents.
The final result is not just a visually impressive scale model, but a fully integrated marketing instrument that helps the developer effectively showcase the project, engage clients, and support sales processes.
