FAQ

What information do you need to provide a quote?

  • Approximate dimensions of the model — length, width, and height affect both scale and level of detail;
  • Source materials such as a master plan, map screenshot, technical drawings, or 3D models;
  • Purpose and scale of the project — whether the model is for an investor presentation, museum display, private collection, or gift;
  • Special features you would like to include — lighting, moving parts, animated scenes, built-in LCD screens, or sound effects;
  • Deadline — if the project is tied to a specific event (e.g., exhibition or presentation), please indicate the target date;
  • Additional equipment — whether you require a stand, podium, or protective acrylic cover;
  • Delivery and installation — let us know if you’d like our team to handle transportation and on-site setup. We can arrange safe delivery and professional installation of your model.

How do I choose the right scale?

The optimal scale depends on your goals and the desired level of detail. For large exhibition spaces, we recommend a larger scale (e.g., 1:50 or 1:87) so viewers can appreciate every detail. For desktop or interior models, smaller scales (1:100, 1:150, etc.) are typically used to save space. When advising on scale, we consider the real object’s dimensions, display area, and which details should remain visible.

Do you provide delivery and installation services?

Yes, we handle both delivery and on-site installation. This includes assembling the stand, setting up the model base, connecting power, and installing the protective glass cover. These steps are part of our comprehensive installation service to ensure the model is presented perfectly at your location.

How does the level of detail affect the cost?

The higher the level of detail, the greater the model’s value and visual impact. Highly detailed models include fine architectural and landscape elements, creating a strong WOW effect and capturing more attention from your audience. Simpler models are faster and more affordable, but may not achieve the same expressive presentation.

How long does model production take?

Timeframes depend on the project’s complexity and size. Smaller models can be completed within a few weeks, while large-scale architectural or interactive models may take several months.

We discuss deadlines individually. If you have a fixed date (such as an exhibition or presentation), please let us know in advance — we’ll plan production accordingly. The earlier you contact us, the more flexibility we’ll have to meet your timeline and guarantee delivery on time.

Do you work only with companies, or also with private clients?

We work with both private and corporate clients. Our customers include collectors, museums, real estate developers, and game industry professionals.

We create everything from personal collectible models and custom gifts to large corporate presentations and museum displays. Regardless of the project type, we approach each client with the same professionalism, attention, and passion for detail.
